At GetVacationsDeal, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly due to unforeseen circumstances. To make this process as smooth as possible, we’ve designed a clear and customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully read the terms mentioned below before booking any service with us. If you do not agree with any part of our cancellation and refund policy, we recommend that you don't use our website or make a purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to ensure you have a hassle-free experience when you need to cancel your booking. Please note that our cancellation policies are aligned with the airline’s rules and regulations. We advise you to check the airline’s own cancellation policies before completing your booking.

Here are the key points to keep in mind:

  • The booking service fees and airline ticket base fares are generally non-refundable.
  • All cancellations are subject to the individual airline’s cancellation policies and applicable fees.
  • Cancellation requests are made by contacting our customer support team directly over the phone. Requests via email, chat, or the website will not be accepted.
  • Some airlines offer a “Zero-Cancellation” or flexible cancellation option at the time of booking. By paying an extra fee during the booking process, you may be eligible for an extended refund window, typically up until a few hours before the flight’s departure.
  • The final amount refunded (if applicable) will depend on the airline’s policy as well as any service charges incurred by GetVacationsDeal.

Refund Policy

We aim to process eligible refunds promptly and transparently. Therefore, please make sure that the airline’s decision on refunds is final, and our refund process will strictly follow their guidelines.

Please note the following points regarding refunds:

  • Cancellations which are made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a refund, subject to airline approval.
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking are typically non-refundable unless specified otherwise by the airline.
  • “No-show” bookings (where a passenger fails to board without cancelling in advance) are generally not eligible for a refund. Exceptions, if any, will be at the discretion of the airline.
  • Refunds will get back to the original payment method used at the time of purchasing.
  • For payments made via net banking or debit/credit cards, refunds will get back to the same bank account or card.
  • In cases where payment was made through alternative methods, the refund (if approved) will be processed via cheque.
  • If multiple bookings made under the same user account are cancelled, the cheque will be issued in the name of the account holder registered on GetVacationsDeal.
